There are numerous benefits for Savannah Springs homeowners belonging to a condominium association. In addition to the worry-free living that each resident will enjoy, there is the comfort in knowing that Savannah Springs will be maintained in a manner in which all owners will be proud.
As of 1/1/2010, fees are from $92 - $121 per month which is dependent on the unit's square footage. Association fees simplify your life by allowing you more time for other interests in lieu of performing exterior maintenance and yard work. Association dues cover the following tasks:
